 * Identificar necesidades de negocio y traducirlas en requisitos funcionales y técnicos.
 * Crear y gestionar user stories y criterios de aceptación.
 * Analizar pain points de usuarios y proponer mejoras.
 * Colaborar con equipos de Ingeniería, DevOps, Arquitectura y Seguridad.
 * Definir y realizar seguimiento de KPIs de plataforma.
 * Comunicar avances, cambios y prioridades a distintos stakeholders.
 * Participar en la toma de decisiones equilibrando impacto en negocio, viabilidad técnica y costes.
