## About the Role

Experiencia de al menos 6 años en entornos de infraestructura, redes o seguridad en integradoras o consultoras IT.
Experiencia sólida en diseño y despliegue de soluciones en cliente final.
Background técnico en entornos Microsoft (Azure, Windows Server, AD/Entra ID, Intune, etc.).
Conocimientos en redes y/o seguridad (especialmente en entornos Cisco).
Experiencia en virtualización y entornos de usuario: VMware (vSphere, vCenter, Horizon), FSLogix, VMware DEM, Intune.
Excelentes capacidades de liderazgo, organización y coordinación con equipos multidisciplinares y partners.
Nivel alto de comunicación, planificación y orientación a resultados.
Visión estratégica y de negocio.
Nivel alto de inglés.
Conocimientos deseables
Certificaciones: Cisco (CCNP/CCIE), VMware (VCP), Veeam (VMCE), CISSP/CISM, PMP/PRINCE2, ITIL.
Manejo de herramientas como Microsoft Project, Jira/Azure Boards, IT Glue o IT Portal.
Experiencia en entornos corporativos complejos o en áreas de seguridad estratégica.

## Description

Senior Solution Architect
con fuerte orientación a cliente para liderar el diseño y despliegue de soluciones de infraestructura, redes y seguridad en entornos corporativos.
Serás responsable de definir arquitecturas end-to-end, presentarlas a cliente y coordinar su ejecución junto a partners tecnológicos como Cisco y Microsoft. No es un rol de gestión pura ni de ejecución técnica aislada: buscamos un perfil capaz de
conectar visión técnica, cliente y delivery real .
Responsabilidades clave
Diseñar soluciones de infraestructura, redes y ciberseguridad adaptadas a cliente final, con impacto directo en todas sus fases: definición, diseño, desarrollo, implantación y go to market.
Definir arquitecturas end-to-end combinando tecnologías Microsoft, Cisco y otros fabricantes.
Presentar soluciones, defender decisiones de arquitectura y acompañar en la toma de decisiones.
Liderar la ejecución de proyectos desde el punto de vista técnico.
Coordinar equipos internos y partners tecnológicos.
Trabajar de forma directa con fabricantes y partners (Cisco, Microsoft, etc.).
