* 5+ years of experience in IT Governance, Technology Business Management (TBM), IT Financial Management (ITFM), or IT PMO within complex international matrix organizations.
 * Proven track record in IT cost transparency, budget forecasting, and executive-level performance reporting.
 * Strong hands-on proficiency with analytics and enterprise tools such as Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP ERP, and advanced Excel.

* IT Financial Planning & Steering: Drive transparent IT budgeting, rolling forecasting, cost allocations, and variance analysis across global IT services, projects, and cost centers.
 * Executive Dashboards & Reporting: Design decision-ready scorecards, KPIs, and executive reporting that translate complex IT cost and operational data into clear strategic recommendations.
 * TBM & Governance Frameworks: Establish and refine consistent IT governance standards, reporting methodologies, and data quality practices across the global organization.
 * Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner closely with IT leadership, Finance, Controlling, and Portfolio Management to track financial dependencies, mitigate budget risks, and prioritize key initiatives.
