This position is well-suited to a hands-on technical leader who is looking to combine software development expertise with people management responsibilities while shaping next-generation simulation solutions. You will oversee the enhancement of simulation products, guide architectural decisions, and support the development of a talented international software team.
Responsibilities:

 * Develop and enhance simulation software used within warehouse execution systems.
 * Drive software architecture, design standards and code quality initiatives.
 * Support developers with technical problem-solving and best practice implementation.
 * Lead, mentor and develop an international software development team.
 * Work closely with Product Owners, QA teams and key stakeholders.
 * Support recruitment, onboarding and long-term team development.
