 * Erste Erfahrungen mit AI-Technologien, Large Language Models oder AI-gestützten Development-Tools sind von Vorteil.
 * Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, lösungsorientiert und teilst dein Know-how gerne mit anderen.

## Description

* Gemeinsam mit unserem Engineering Center of Excellence unterstützt du Produktteams bei der Entwicklung moderner und zukunftsorientierter Backend-Lösungen.
 * Du konzipierst, entwickelst und betreibst Backend-Services, Plattformen und interne Engineering-Tools.
 * Du entwickelst innovative AI-Lösungen und begleitest deren Umsetzung von der Idee bis zum produktiven Einsatz.
 * Du evaluierst neue Technologien, Frameworks und AI-gestützte Entwicklungstools und unterstützt deren Einführung in den Teams.
 * Du agierst als technische:r Ansprechpartner:in und unterstützt Entwickler:innen durch Code Reviews, Pair Programming und Architekturberatung.
 * Du definierst und etablierst Best Practices, Entwicklungsstandards und Qualitätsrichtlinien für die Backend-Entwicklung.
 * Du unterstützt den Ausbau unserer Backend Community of Practice und teilst dein Wissen in Trainings, Workshops und internen Formaten.
 * Du analysierst komplexe technische Anforderungen und entwickelst nachhaltige, skalierbare Lösungsansätze.
