* Verantwortung für den Betrieb und die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der lokalen IT-Infrastruktur
 * Sicherstellung eines stabilen und leistungsfähigen IT-Betriebs für mehr als 1.000 Anwender:innen am Standort
 * Unterstützung des Service- und Supportteams bei komplexen technischen Fragestellungen
 * Betreuung und Optimierung von Microsoft-basierten Arbeitsplatzlösungen
 * Mitarbeit beim Betrieb von Netzwerk-, Client-, Server- und Kommunikationslösungen
 * Weiterentwicklung von Konferenzraum-, Druck- und Medientechniksystemen
 * Umsetzung global definierter IT-Standards und Technologien in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen IT-Teams
 * Koordination externer Partner und Dienstleister
 * Unterstützung bei Infrastrukturprojekten sowie der Einführung neuer Technologien und Services
 * Beitrag zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der User Experience und Servicequalität im IT-Umfeld, Nationaler
