 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Automatisierungsanwendungen im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau
 * Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der strukturierten Textprogrammierung (IEC 61131) und zusätzlich Programmierkenntnisse in C/C++ sowie Matlab/Simulink - von Vorteil aber keine Voraussetzung
 * Ausgeprägte Projektmanagementkompetenz sowie Kommunikationsstärke und Freude daran, Mitarbeitende zu fördern und weiterzuentwickeln
 * Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung und im Mentoring von Vorteil
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
