## Description

* Leading discovery across roughly 155 internal data source owners - arranging the survey, running the kick-off, gathering what exists at each site and getting the report validated.
 * Facilitating escalation when a site stalls.
 * Preparing the introductory and discovery material that makes those conversations short.
 * Evaluating candidate sources for how applicable and reliable they are, and spotting the ones that would genuinely improve the picture.
 * Representing the programme to stakeholders - presenting, explaining progress and direction, and being the person other organisations recognise.
 * Hosting governance sessions and keeping an unambiguous record of risks, actions, dependencies, decisions, issues and audits, plus the repository of data delivery agreements.
