Requirements

 * 5-6+ years of fullstack engineering experience

 * Strong knowledge of Laravel, Node.js, React, Next.js, and cloud infrastructure (preferably GCP)
 * Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments (startup/scale-up experience is a big plus)
 * Strong system design and problem-solving skills
 * Product-oriented mindset: You care about the why, not just the how
 * Passionate about clean code, testing, and building great user experiences
 * Proactive communicator who thrives in async, distributed teams

Nice to have

 * Experience building SaaS platforms
 * Familiarity with GCP tools and best practices
 * Experience in international teams or European markets
