At Accenture the Netherlands, we're seeking AI Security (Senior) Consultant who bring deep expertise, strategic thinking, and a passion for innovation to help us solve complex challenges and deliver exceptional results. We are open to candidates coming from either of the directions below. You do not need to be strong in both - but you should be clearly strong in one. A. AI for Security, industry-focused. You understand how AI changes the way security work gets done, and you can apply that to a specific industry context - financial services, public sector, healthcare, or another regulated sector. You know the operating models and the regulatory pressures of your sector, and you can articulate the value AI brings for clients in that space. B. Secure AI, implementation-focused. You come from a more technical background and are interested in how organizations securely adopt and deploy AI. You engage credibly with engineering and MLOps teams, assess the security posture of AI systems, and help clients build AI capability that does not create new risk faster than it delivers value. What you'll do: * Deliver client engagements across AI security assessment, advisory, and implementation support, with increasing ownership as you develop. * Assess and improve the security of AI systems, applying frameworks such as the OWASP LLM Top 10 and MITRE ATLAS to real client environments, identifying gaps and recommending practical remediation. * Support AI-native security delivery, contributing to Cyber.AI deployments and agent-based security workflows alongside forward-deployed engineers. * Translate between technical and business audiences, explaining AI security risk to a CISO and translating control requirements for a development team, often in the same week. * Translate regulatory frameworks such as DORA, NIS2 and the EU AI Act into concrete client requirements and solution designs for AI systems. * Advise clients on securing AI across people, process, and technology, not technology alone. * Contribute to methodology, assessment tooling, sector-specific points of view, and business development including proposals and RFPs. ## Related Videos - [Speeding up Web Apps performance with WebAssembly and Emscripten](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1985-speeding-up-web-apps-performance-with-webassembly-and-emscripten) - [DevSecOps: Injecting Security into Mobile CI/CD Pipelines](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/273-devsecops-injecting-security-into-mobile-ci-cd-pipelines) - [Thinking Differently - How to Make Money from Cyber Attacks & Cheats](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/745-thinking-differently-how-to-make-money-from-cyber-attacks-cheats) - [The AI Security Survival Guide: Practical Advice for Stressed-Out Developers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1015-the-ai-security-survival-guide-practical-advice-for-stressed-out-developers) - [The Power of Developer Communities](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1109-the-power-of-developer-communities) - [AI for Enterprise Developers - Dr. Damir Dobric](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1831-ai-for-enterprise-developers-dr-damir-dobric) ## Related Articles - [How to Become an AI Engineer](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/331-how-to-become-an-ai-engineer) - [Navigating the AI Shift](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/629-navigating-the-ai-shift) - [Got AI ideas but no money?
