Experience with NetSuite and Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus. * Technical Proficiency: Can understand and explain complex systems to customers, and can self-solve technical problems encountered by customers. Experience with SQL is a plus, as is a basic understanding of software development principles and the ability to create simple solutions using basic scripts (e.g. Python, Node JS). * Accounting Domain Knowledge & Customer-Facing Confidence: You possess strong familiarity with accounting, ideally as a CPA or someone experienced with the month-end close and reporting. This enables you to engage confidently with finance users and technical stakeholders, listening, challenging assumptions, and earning trust. ## Description Stacks is looking for a fiercely ambitious, entrepreneurial, and technically driven Implementation Engineer to join our team! In this high-impact role, you'll be critical in ensuring our customers successfully implement Stacks, integrating it with their core financial systems. If you're excited by the idea of limitless growth and fast-paced challenges, this is a unique opportunity to accelerate your career as you help shape the future of Stacks., * Product Implementation & Onboarding: Lead the technical implementation of Stacks for new customers and new product features/modules, including configuring the environment, executing system tests, assisting with UAT, and providing cutover and hypercare support to ensure they are fully onboarded and proficient in using Stacks. * Customer Solutions & Support: Leverage technical knowledge to advise customers on best practices, translate accounting business problems into solutions using Stacks, and work with the Engineering team to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues during and after deployment. * Process Improvement & Automation: Drive function building and process improvements to establish smoother, more efficient operational workflows between Customer Success and Engineering.
