Qualifikation & Berufserfahrung: Eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. Fachinformatiker/in) oder mindestens 1 Jahr IT-Praxiserfahrung in den letzten 3 Jahren sowie mind. 2 Jahre fundierte Berufserfahrung im Support- oder Medientechnik-Umfe

Technisches Know-how: Praktische Erfahrung mit Windows-Betriebssystemen, MS Office / Microsoft 365, modernen Ticketsystemen, Netzwerkgrundlagen sowie der Konfiguration von IT-Endgeräten und Kommunikationshardware.

Sprachen & Führerschein: Sichere Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens B2) sowie gute Grundkenntnisse in Englisch. Ein gültiger PKW-Führerschein der Klasse B (Schaltgetriebe) ist zwingend erforderlich.

Persönlichkeit & Fitness: Gute körperliche Fitness, hohe Zuverlässigkeit, Organisationsgeschick, ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und ein freundliches, professionelles Auftreten.
