## About the Role

* Ausbildung: Abgeschlossenes Studium (Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit starkem IT-Bezug.
 * Erfahrung: Mindestens 5 Jahre fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Steuerung komplexer IT-Pojekte, idealerweise in der Konsolidierung und Optimierung von Prozessen im SAP ERP-Umfeld
 * Expertise: Gute Kenntnisse in SAP S/4HANA, Systemlandschaften sowie Praxis in agilen und klassischen Methoden.
 * Zertifizierung: Eine Projektmanagement-Zertifizierung (z.B. PMP/PMI, PRINCE2, IPMA oder PSM) ist zwingend erforderlich.
 * Kompetenzen: Starkes Stakeholder-Management, Verhandlungsgeschick und sicheres Auftreten auf Management-Ebene.
 * Sprachen: Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift.

## Description

* Projektleitung: Eigenverantwortliche Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung komplexer IT- und SAP-Programme (u.a. S/4HANA-Transformationen, Cloud-Migrationen & Infrastrukturprojekte) hinsichtlich Scope, Budget, Qualität und Risiken
 * Teamführung: Fachliche Leitung interdisziplinärer Projektteams sowie die Koordination von externen Dienstleistern, Kunden, Lieferanten und internen Fachbereichen
 * Agiles & klassisches Projektmanagement: Anwendung passender Methoden (hybrides PM, Scrum, SAP Activate) zur Steuerung anspruchsvoller Rollouts und Transitions nach definierten Standards.
 * Pre-Sales & Beratung: Partnerschaftliche Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei IT-Zielbildern und SAP-Lösungen sowie Mitwirkung bei Aufwandsschätzungen und Angeboten
 * Prozessoptimierung: Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Arbeitsabläufen und Governance-Strukturen zur Sicherung des Projekterfolgs
