Beratung der Anwender und Implementierung der Ergebnisse Konzeptionierung und Programmierung von webbasierten Applikationen an bereits vorhandene Systeme Erstellung von Softwaremodulen entsprechend der Fachbereichsanforderungen Installation von Soft- und Hardware-Systemen beim Kunden vor Ort sowie die Durchführung von Inbetriebnahmen und Anlagen Aktives Mitwirken beim Verbessern der Service-Qualität und der IT-Service-Prozesse Durchführung von Machbarkeitsanalysen, inkl. Dokumentation von Features und Testfällen
