## About the Role

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (mind. 4-5 Jahre) im IT-Betrieb, als IT-Administrator:in oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion - idealerweise in einer dezentralen Standortstruktur
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse mit hybriden Microsoft-Umgebungen, Endpoint Management sowie Netzwerk-, Backup- und Security-Lösungen
 * Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Weiterentwicklung von IT-Operations- und ITSM-Prozessen sowie in der Steuerung externer IT-Dienstleister
 * Kenntnisse in Business Continuity und operativer IT-Sicherheit; Erfahrung mit Praxisverwaltungssystemen oder im Gesundheitswesen ist von Vorteil
 * Strukturierte, serviceorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie Bereitschaft zu bundesweiten Dienstreisen (ca. 30 %)

## Description

* Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung des laufenden IT-Betriebs unserer Praxen, inklusive Endpoints, Netzwerken, Microsoft 365 und weiteren praxisrelevanten Systemen
 * Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung einheitlicher IT-Operations-Prozesse für Support, Incident und Problem Management, Service Levels, Dokumentation und Reporting
 * Entwicklung, Dokumentation und regelmäßige Überprüfung von Business-Continuity-, Backup- und Notfallkonzepten sowie Koordination der Wiederherstellung bei kritischen IT-Störungen
 * Umsetzung operativer IT-Sicherheitsmaßnahmen, Identifikation von Risiken und Schwachstellen sowie Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Ansprechpartner:innen bei Security- und Compliance-Themen
 * Koordination externer IT-Dienstleister und Hersteller sowie strukturierte Übernahme neuer oder umgestellter Praxen in den Regelbetrieb - bei Bedarf inklusive operativer Unterstützung bei Praxisumstellungen
