Mitwirkung am Störungsmanagement und die damit verbundene Fehlereingrenzung und Fehlerbehebung Weiterentwicklung und Pflege der verschiedenen IT-Systeme Installation und Konfiguration von eingesetzten Clients Pflege und Erstellung von Dokumentationen sowie die Annahme von organisatorischen und beratungsrelevanten Tätigkeiten
