Mitverantwortlich für Netzwerkadministration, -management sowie -organisation sowie die Administration und Konfiguration von Windows-basierten IT-Systemen Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebs von MS Cloud-Diensten Installation und Pflege von Hard- und Softwaresystemen Analyse und Behebung von Anwender- und Systemproblemen im 1st und 2nd Level, inkl. Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bei allen IT-relevanten Fragestellungen Verwaltung und Überwachung von Arbeitsplatzrechnern sowie die Administration von Datenbanken und die damit verbundene Durchführung von Datenbankabfragen Unterstützung bei der internen IT-Beratung und IT-Projektplanung
