Betreuung der gesamten IT-Infrastruktur Übernahme des 1st + 2nd Level Supports für die Mitarbeitenden Fehleranalyse und Störungsbeseitigung inklusive Dokumentation Installation von Hard- und Software der Workstations Durchführung von Bedarfsanalysen sowie Einkauf von Hard- und Software Unterstützung beim Ausbau der IT-Infrastruktur und Mitwirkung bei der Implementierung neuer IT-Systeme sowie deren Dokumentation Wartung und Instandhaltung der Hardware, Planung und Durchführung von Software-Updates (Betriebssysteme, Anwendungsprogramme und Firmware) und Datensicherungen Steuerung und Koordination externer Dienstleister sowie Kontrolle deren Arbeitsergebnisse Durchführung von Projekten im Microsoftumfeld
