## Description

Verantwortung für die User-Betreuung im 1st Level Support und erste Ansprechperson bei Störungen und Anwendungsproblemen Annahme der Anfragen per Telefon und E-Mail sowie die Erfassung im Ticketsystem Klassifizierung und Priorisierung der Tickets Bearbeitung und Behebung der Anfragen und Störungsmeldungen sowie ggf. Weiterleitung an die nächste Supportebene Durchführung von Fehleranalysen und Dokumentation der Störungen
