Planung und Koordination der Einsätze von IT-Technikern Überwachung und Steuerung der Einsatzabläufe Erstellung und Pflege von Einsatzplänen und -dokumentationen Kommunikation mit Kunden und internen Abteilungen zur Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und -aufträgen Erstellung von Berichten und Auswertungen zur Einsatzsteuerung Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von Einsatzprozessen
