* Strong experience in onsite IT support (2nd/3rd line)
 * Experience supporting CAD applications and engineering environments
 * Experience with hardware, laptops, peripherals, and specialized equipment
 * Good understanding of network infrastructure and office IT environments
 * Experience working with IT service management tools
 * Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

## Description

We are currently looking for an Onsite IT Support Engineer with strong experience supporting CAD applications and engineering workstations.

This role is hands-on and user-facing, focused on resolving incidents, maintaining local IT infrastructure, and ensuring stable and efficient IT environments for engineering teams., * Provide onsite IT support for hardware, software, and IT services

 * Support and troubleshoot CAD applications and engineering workstations
 * Resolve 2nd/3rd line incidents and escalations
 * Handle service requests (hardware replacement, software deployment, peripherals)
 * Maintain and support office IT infrastructure (network, meeting rooms, printers, plotters)
 * Support onboarding, role changes, and offboarding processes
 * Perform patching, updates, and maintenance for CAD-related systems
 * Collaborate with central IT teams and external specialists
 * Ensure system performance and stability after changes
 * Maintain accurate records in ITSM tools
 * Contribute to IT projects (relocations, upgrades, rollouts)
