## Description

* Provide first line user support for DDAR systems, resolving straightforward issues and triaging more complex queries to IT Services or vendors as appropriate;
 * Help colleagues across DDAR use technology effectively, including supporting training, guidance and adoption of new features and ways of working;
 * Support the delivery of technology improvements, updates and releases, including CRM-related activity, in partnership with the Technology Manager and IT Services;
 * Assist with business process analysis and the gathering of user requirements so that technology solutions reflect practical divisional needs;
 * Help ensure DDAR systems, software, hardware and web tools are stable, accessible and available to colleagues.
