## About the Role

* Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or Business Analyst within a SaaS environment.
 * Proven experience managing product backlogs and working closely with engineering teams to deliver product enhancements and features.
 * Strong ability to write clear user stories, requirements and acceptance criteria.
 * Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement and reviews.
 * Strong prioritisation and decision-making skills, with the ability to balance customer, business and technical needs.
 * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
 * Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships across Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Commercial teams.
 * Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
 * Experience with AI, conversational AI or chatbot products would be advantageous.
 * Knowledge of CRM, DMS or automotive technology is beneficial.

## Description

* Own and prioritise the product backlog across AIME Campaign, AIME Co-Pilot and OEM products, ensuring work is ready for delivery.
 * Write clear user stories, requirements and acceptance criteria that give engineers confidence in what needs to be built.
 * Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement and other agile ceremonies as the product representative.
 * Maintain and update the product roadmap, ensuring stakeholders have clear visibility of priorities and progress.
 * Make day-to-day prioritisation decisions within the strategic direction set by the Senior Product Manager.
 * Gather and translate requirements from Customer Success, Commercial and Delivery teams into actionable product requirements.
 * Support the Senior Product Manager in defining and delivering OEM product initiatives.
 * Track and report on key delivery metrics, progress and risks.
 * Provide regular updates on roadmap status, priorities and delivery timelines to stakeholders.
 * Coordinate product releases, including launch readiness, release notes and internal communications.
 * Act as a key link between Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Commercial teams to ensure alignment and delivery success.
