## About the Role

Experience with Go is not essential - will look at Java, Kotlin or Rust backgrounds, * 5+ years commercial programming experience (Ideally with 2+ years with Go but open to similar programming experience)

 * Solid grounding in Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD
 * Comfortable with REST API design, SQL, and microservices architecture
 * Experience with test automation, unit and end-to-end testing
 * Cloud experience (any major provider), Git, and Agile ways of working
 * A collaborative mindset - happy to pair program and work cross-functionally, * Sports or gaming industry experience
 * Hetzner cloud knowledge
 * Machine learning exposure, * Be at the forefront of technology in sport
 * Flexible hybrid working and a high degree of autonomy
 * Work directly with a seasoned CPO, CTO, and our technology investors

Their Autoscoring platform uses cameras to detect play in real time, powering online competition, live stats, and training tools for a growing global community of players., * Designing and building Go microservices running on Kubernetes

 * Building well-designed, scalable REST APIs
 * Creating and evolving database schemas
 * Writing automated tests and owning services through their production lifecycle
 * Working closely with our frontend, mobile, product, and hardware teams to ship features end to end
 * Sharing knowledge through code reviews and pair programming
