The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports while actively supporting SIT, UAT, Regression Testing, and Production Validation activities. This role requires a strong combination of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and quality of reporting solutions., Power BI Development * Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and scorecards. * Create and optimize data models, DAX measures, calculated columns, and KPIs. * Develop ETL and data transformation logic using Power Query. * Integrate data from multiple sources including SQL Server, Azure, APIs, and flat files. * Implement report performance tuning and optimization techniques. * Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and reporting standards. Testing & Support * Provide end-to-end support during SIT, UAT, Regression Testing, and production release cycles. * Perform detailed data validation and source-to-target reconciliation. * Investigate, analyze, and resolve defects related to reports, dashboards, and data models. * Conduct root cause analysis for data discrepancies and reporting issues. * Collaborate with QA teams, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to validate business requirements. * Support test case preparation, execution, defect tracking, and resolution activities. * Validate report calculations, business rules, and KPI logic against requirements. * Participate in defect triage meetings and provide timely resolutions.
