Identity and Security * Configure and support Microsoft Entra ID environments. * Support implementation of Multi-Factor Authentication and Conditional Access policies. * Review and maintain Microsoft 365 security and compliance controls. * Assist with retention, eDiscovery and governance requirements where applicable. Infrastructure and Platform Administration * Administer Microsoft 365 and Azure environments. * Troubleshoot mail flow, authentication and migration-related issues. * Support DNS changes including MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records during migration projects. * Work with third-party migration platforms and tools. Customer Engagement * Participate in project scoping workshops and technical discovery sessions. * Provide technical consultancy and recommendations to clients. * Communicate project status, risks and remediation plans to stakeholders. * Produce clear technical documentation and handover materials. * Deliver a professional and customer-focused service at all times.
