Working Conditions * Ability to participate in weekend and holiday coverage as required. * Ability to manage multiple alerts and incidents simultaneously. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced Managed Services environment. ## Description We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Systems Monitoring Engineer to join our 24x7 monitoring team. The ideal candidate will have foundational knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft Azure, and datacenter operations.
