 * SD-WAN, SASE and ZTNA projects
 * VPN and secure remote-access solutions
 * Security audits and technical health checks
 * Supporting and improving existing customer environments
 * Acting as a senior technical escalation point
 * Working directly with customers and technical stakeholders
 * Mentoring and supporting developing engineers
