## Description

🚀 Looking to start your career in Software Engineering?

I'm hiring a Junior Test Software Engineer for an established UK software company building finance and procurement platforms used by major public-sector organisations.

This isn't a traditional manual testing role. You'll be writing code in Java, building automated tests and working across APIs, databases and web applications within a real production engineering environment.

Key focus:

 * Build automated tests using Java & Selenium

 * Test APIs using Rest Assured

 * Work with SQL, Cucumber, JUnit/TestNG & Git

 * Investigate failures and work closely with developers

 * Help maintain and improve existing automation frameworks

This would suit someone early in their career with a Computer Science / Software Engineering background who enjoys coding, problem solving and wants strong hands-on engineering experience.
