## Description

We're recruiting for a Technical Support Engineer to join an established technology business in Farnborough.

This is a varied, hands-on role covering technical troubleshooting, hardware, software, networking, cloud and security, with regular customer interaction.

You'll be responsible for:

 * Diagnosing and resolving technical issues
 * Supporting hardware, software and network systems
 * Speaking directly with customers and providing clear updates
 * Escalating critical issues where required
 * Supporting new and existing technical projects
 * Working closely with Customer Service and Field teams
 * Maintaining technical documentation

We're looking for someone with experience in Technical Support, 2nd Line Support, Infrastructure Support or Systems Support, ideally with exposure to areas such as:

 * Windows / Windows Server
 * Microsoft 365 / Azure
 * Networking / TCP/IP
 * VMware
 * Hardware and infrastructure
 * Cloud and security technologies
