Location: Europe / EMEA Work model: Fully remote Employment: Full-time Level: Principal / Staff Estimated compensation: €100,000-€200,000 Industry: Healthcare AI The opportunity Build complex, production-grade AI agent systems from 0 to 1 Architect distributed systems for enterprise healthcare environments Work across LLMs, agent orchestration, tool calling, multi-turn routing, and MCP integrations Own system architecture, scalability, and reliability Stay deeply hands-on while providing technical guidance to other engineers What we're looking for 7+ years building complex production systems Recent hands-on experience as a Staff, Principal, Senior ML/AI, or Senior Software Engineer Proven from 0 to 1 startup engineering experience Strong Python and ML/AI engineering background Shipped experience with AI agents, tool calling, agent harnesses, or multi-turn systems Strong systems thinking and distributed-systems experience High agency and comfort operating in ambiguous early-stage
