## About the Role

This is a hands-on role at a company focused on reliable, real-time data streaming.
Compensaciones / Beneficios * Design and execute performance tests and regression detection strategies to identify and address bottlenecks in Connext software * Conduct performance modeling and simulations to forecast behavior under varying workloads * Characterize workloads and network usage to understand resource consumption and system trends * Develop and maintain shared performance measurement tools and infrastructure * Collaborate with development teams to integrate performance considerations into the software lifecycle * Publish performance results with actionable insights and visualizations Responsabilidades * Advanced degree in Computer Science, HPC, or related field * 5+ years of practical experience in performance modeling, testing, analysis, and optimization for critical software systems * Experience with performance testing tools (gprof) and frameworks (JMeter, LoadRunner) is a plus * Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated performance testing and benchmarking
