In this role, you'll drive meaningful process improvements, support teammates with complex issues, and build seamless integrations with Dayforce. You'll collaborate on impactful projects that make life easier for teammates and bring curiosity and enthusiasm for how AI can unlock new possibilities in HR tech. Reporting to the HR Technology Manager, the HR Technology (HRIS) Analyst supports the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the Dayforce Human Capital Management (HCM) system and its integration with other platforms. This role partners closely with HR, Payroll, and IT to support system enhancements, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute to HR technology initiatives. The HR Technology Analyst serves as a technical point of contact for assigned functional areas, supporting subject matter experts by ensuring data integrity, testing system changes, developing reports, and analyzing data flows to identify process improvement opportunities. This role also assists with HCM upgrades, patches, integrations, and other technical projects to ensure systems operate efficiently and effectively.
