Strong understanding of production infrastructure, scalability, availability and reliability principles.
Experience with monitoring, observability and troubleshooting distributed production environments.
Understanding of cloud and infrastructure security best practices.
Experience with CI/CD and modern cloud-native delivery practices.
Scripting or programming ability for infrastructure automation; deep software engineering expertise is not required.
Experience responding to production issues and conducting structured root-cause analysis.
Ability to take ownership, identify weaknesses and proactively introduce improvements rather than simply maintain existing systems.
Strong communication skills and confidence participating in customer-facing technical discussions.
