## Description

En tant que Technicien Support N2, vous allez devoir intervenir sur :

 - La résolution/traitement des incidents/demandes en proximité
 - La gestion administrative (reporting dans outils ITSM, gestion de parc, PV de recette, ...)
 - Maitriser des technologies liées à l'environnement de travail informatique : ordinateur, téléphonie, moyens d'impressions, câblage, réseau, systèmes d'exploitation, logiciels bureautiques
 - Connaissance des bonnes pratiques autour de la gestion des services IT : gestion des incidents, gestion des demandes, gestion de parc
 - Aptitude à diagnostiquer et mettre en oeuvre / appliquer une norme, une règle, Windows 11, suite microsoft, smartphones, SCCM, PMAD
