## About the Role

* A minimum of 15 years of experience working in IT transformation roles, ideally focusing on SAP
 * A minimum of 7 years of experience working in leadership positions, with previous Programme Director/Manager positions being preferred
 * Experience leading at least one S/4HANA programme is desirable, although other enterprise transformation programmes are also welcome
 * Proven track record in leading global teams across LATAM and EMEA
 * Excellent stakeholder management skills up to C-level
 * Fluency in Spanish and English is essential

## Description

Harrington Boyd are currently working with an international manufacturing company who are set to embark on a global implementation of S/4HANA. The first part of their journey will be an implementation in LATAM, and due to this we are searching for a Senior SAP Programme Director to join their team in Medellin on an initial 18 month contract!
