## Description

Verstärke unser Team im Rahmen einer Arbeitnehmerüberlassung (ANÜ) als Onsite IT-Techniker (w/m/d) in Ulm - mit Fokus auf IMAC-Tätigkeiten (Install, Move, Add, Change) und 1st-Level Support direkt beim Kunden vor Ort.
Dein zukünftiges Einsatzumfeld
Du wirst im Rahmen eines langfristigen Infrastrukturprojekts bei einem international agierenden Unternehmen in Ulm tätig. Der Fokus liegt auf klassischem Anwendersupport im Client-Umfeld. Dich erwartet ein stabiles, strukturiertes Arbeitsumfeld mit klaren Abläufen und direktem Kontakt zu den Usern.
Das erwartet Dich bei uns

 * IMAC-Services - Installation, Umzüge, Änderungen und Austausch von Endgeräten (PCs, Notebooks, Drucker)
 * Onsite Support - Betreuung der Anwender:innen bei technischen Problemen vor Ort
 * Incident Management - Ticketbearbeitung nach Standardprozessen (Service Desk / L1)
 * Hardware Handling - Einrichtung und Test von Hardware-Komponenten, sowie deren Dokumentation
 * Dokumentation - Pflege der Tickets und Abläufe im Kunden-Ticketsystem
