Aus- und Umbau sowie allgemeiner Anwender-Support und Erfassung von Störungsmeldungen in Ticketsystemen Mitbeteiligung bei der Erstellung von Dokumentationen und Betriebskonzepten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Fachabteilungen und Softwareherstellern Bearbeitung von Störungen sowie Berücksichtigung funktionaler Anforderungen
