Übernahme der Kundenberatung und -betreuung Erarbeitung von Lösungskonzepten in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen Steuerung von externen Dienstleistern sowie die Durchführung von Schulungen für Endanwender Umsetzung von branchenspezifischen Anforderungen
