Formation Bac +2 en informatique : BTS SIO, BTS CIEL, BUT Informatique ou équivalent.

Une première expérience en support informatique est souhaitée.

Vous êtes autonome, organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et appréciez le contact avec les utilisateurs. Vous avez un bon sens du service et savez gérer plusieurs demandes simultanément.

## Description

* Assurer le support informatique de premier niveau et traiter les incidents utilisateurs ;
 * Créer et gérer les comptes, accès et habilitations ;
 * Préparer, configurer et suivre le matériel informatique : PC, téléphones et périphériques ;
 * Participer à l'intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs : préparation des postes et accès ;
 * Gérer les logiciels, licences et outils numériques ;
 * Assurer le suivi de la téléphonie fixe et mobile ;
 * Faire le lien avec le prestataire informatique / infogérance ;
