## About the Role

* 2-4 years' experience as a data scientist / data analyst
 * Insurance experience required, claims background a plus, not a must
 * Strong SQL skills, with hands-on experience in Python/R
 * Comfortable building reports and dashboards (Power BI or similar)
 * Confident turning complex data into clear insights for senior, non-technical stakeholders
 * Self-starter, comfortable defining process in a newly built function rather than following an existing one.

## Description

You will take full ownership of the Claims Data function, becoming the go-to person for how claims data is structured, reported, and used across the business - with a clear path to leading Claims Data & Analytics as the function scales.

This is an exciting opportunity to build the Claims Data function from the ground up and shape how a market leader uses its data, not just maintain what's already there., * Take ownership of Claims Data function

 * Design & build core data models and reporting to support Claims
 * Develop key reports for senior stakeholders
 * Conduct in-depth analysis of claims data to identify underperformance, trends, concerns, and themes.
