You should be comfortable leading workshops, challenging existing processes, designing Oracle Cloud solutions and driving the functional team through implementation and go-live. This is a hands-on Functional Lead position, so candidates should have substantial practical Oracle Cloud HCM/Payroll experience rather than purely project management or programme-level experience. ## Description We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM / Payroll Functional Lead to join a major Oracle Cloud programme in Switzerland.
