## About the Role

* Experience working with a WMS or ERP system
 * Previous experience or strong understanding of warehouse operations
 * Excellent communication and customer service skills
 * ODBC reporting within Excel
 * iReports
 * Warehouse automation
 * Oracle APEX
 * PowerShell or another scripting language

We're particularly interested in people who have hands-on WMS experience and understand the realities of a warehouse environment, with the technical ability and curiosity to troubleshoot and improve systems.

## Description

We're supporting a leading UK cycling business in Milton Keynes who are looking for an IT WMS Support Analyst to join their team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who understands both warehouse operations and technology, and wants to play a key role in supporting and improving critical Warehouse Management Systems.

What you'll be doing

 * Providing day-to-day support for WMS queries and issues
 * Working closely with warehouse and operations teams to understand requirements and improve processes
 * Testing and implementing new processes and third-party system interfaces
 * Supporting system updates and upgrades
 * Creating process documentation and user guides
 * Working with WMS users to develop practical, supportable solutions
 * Supporting other business applications where required
 * Training users on systems and business processes
 * Providing occasional out-of-hours support for system changes and critical issues
