## About the Role

Do you have experience in Warehouse management system?, * Strong O2C, P2P, and R2R process understanding

 * Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, AS400-based systems, Sage and / or similar ERP Stacks
 * Experience with SAP CC, PIM, WMS Pricing integrations
 * Experience with Boomi or similar iPaaS
 * Understanding of Azure and MS Fabric
 * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
 * 8-12+ years experience
 * Experience in transformation programs
 * Degree in relevant field like Business informatics, CS or Information Technology
 * Agile, Waterfall, and Dev/Ops knowledge is essential

Language & Location:

 * English (mandatory)
 * German, Italian, Spanish, French or other EU languages (Advantageous)
 * Onsite presence in Bergkirchen, DE (REPA corporate office) as and when required
 * EU wide travel required to REPA locations when needed

## Description

We are seeking a qualified Solution Architect to design and drive business-aligned solutions across key enterprise processes like O2C, P2P, R2R.

You will operate within a complex, multi-ERP environment (Microsoft Dynamics NAV, AS400-based systems, Sage X3), integrated with platforms such as SAP Commerce Cloud, PIM, WMS, Pricing and enabled through Boomi iPaaS and Microsoft Azure / MS Fabric.

The role is part of the Enterprise Architecture (EA) function and acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT solution partners, ensuring scalable, coherent, and transformation-ready solutions across the application landscape., * Design and ensure robust end-to-end solutions are implemented for ongoing projects covering processes like O2C,P2P, and R2R across a multi-ERP landscape (Microsoft Dynamics NAV, an AS400-based system, Sage X3 and future single ERP)

 * Work with business stakeholders and business requirements into scalable, pragmatic solution designs aligned with enterprise architecture principles
 * Harmonization and simplification across legacy and modern systems while keeping security scalability at forefront

 2. Enterprise Architecture Alignment
 * Work closely with the Enterprise Architecture team to ensure alignment with target architecture, integration strategy (Boomi), and data strategy (Azure / MS Fabric)
 * Contribute to architecture governance standards

 3. Integration & Data Landscape
 * Define integration patterns using Boomi iPaaS and other methods as appropriate
 * Ensure seamless data flow across ERP, SAP Commerce Cloud, PIM, WMS, and Pricing
 * Support data enablement using Azure and MS Fabric

 4. Stakeholder Engagement
 * Act as trusted advisor to Business and IT stakeholders
 * Facilitate workshops and align business and technology when it comes to business solutioning

 5. Innovation
 * Identify improvements and support evolution towards cloud-enabled architecture
