## About the Role

* Experience leading multiple End to End Workday HCM and projects from initiation to completion, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment
 * Prior experience implementing Workday HCM or relevant on-premise or cloud-based platforms
 * Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed and efficiently manage a team(s) and client interactions
 * Thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment, meet deadlines despite conflicting demands, analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
 * Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate complex messages and requirements
 * Bachelor's degree or equivalent, * Strong HR background with experience working in the Workday platform, either as a consultant or in a client role owning and driving the Workday HCM workstream.
 * Experience with Workdays Data Migration tools and Security framework
 * Up to date Workday HCM certification
 * Other Workday certifications, for example Compensation, Security, Recruiting, Talent & Performance a.o.

## Description

* Collaborate with clients on industry standards and leading practices in the core HCM domain, contributing to functional solutions that meet client needs and objective and applying Workday and Accenture methodologies.
 * Hosting workshops and leading discussions on topics in line with your area(s) of expertise, covering all elements of Workday Core HCM.
 * Independently leading your workstream and reporting on progress
 * Ability to lead diverse and disparate teams and lead them through the implementation. Liaising closely with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to exceed client expectations
 * Actively supporting innovation through the creation of new industry-leading methods and assets
