## About the Role

* Proven experience working within an MSP environment is essential.
 * Practical knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Office 365.
 * Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, including firewalls, LAN/WAN, VLAN, VPNs, routing and switching.
 * Hands-on experience with virtualisation platforms such as Hyper-V and VMware.

 * 25 days holiday (excluding bank holidays).

In this highly technical and dynamic role, you'll be the go-to expert for complex escalations while taking full ownership of project delivery from start to finish.  * Configure and maintain cloud solutions.
 * Coordinate and deliver workplace platform rollouts such as Microsoft 365, Teams, Intune, and related cloud applications.
 * Act as a point of escalation from the 1st/2nd Line.
 * Create clear, detailed technical documentation for internal teams and client handovers.
