## About the Role

You'll likely have 1-5 years' experience and already be an excellent software engineer.

We're particularly interested in people who have:

 * Built and shipped production software in customer-facing or startup environments
 * Excellent systems design and architecture fundamentals
 * Experience with modern AI/LLM tooling
 * The ability to operate comfortably with senior enterprise customers
 * A genuine problem-first mentality rather than attachment to a particular technology

Backgrounds as an early/founding engineer, startup engineer or Forward Deployed Engineer are particularly interesting.

This role will suit someone who wants to be close to the customer, close to the code and close to the commercial impact of what they build.
