* Extensive software engineering experience within complex technical environments.

## Description

We're partnering with a leading cyber organisation seeking Senior Software Engineers to support the delivery of advanced software capabilities across a number of mission-critical programmes.

This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of complex technical challenges, influence engineering direction and help deliver secure solutions that make a tangible impact within the cyber and national security space.

What You'll Be Doing

 * Leading the development of complex software solutions in secure environments.
 * Providing technical leadership across engineering teams and project delivery activities.
 * Embedding security considerations throughout solution design and development.
 * Driving engineering best practice, quality standards and continuous improvement.
 * Supporting the development and mentoring of junior team members.
 * Contributing to architectural discussions and technical strategy initiatives.
