 * Hands-on experience using Agile lifecycle management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent).
 * Professional Scrum Master or equivalent Agile certification is preferred.
 * Solid understanding of project management fundamentals, stakeholder management, and risk management.

## Description

Scrum Master is responsible for leading and facilitating Agile delivery for cross-functional teams within Project Management (DE) - Project Management - Scrum Master (Functional) engagements. Candidate must have relevant experience of 8 to 12 Years., * Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives) to ensure effective and efficient delivery.

 * Enable the team to apply Agile principles and Scrum practices consistently within the Project Management (DE) framework.
 * Remove impediments and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve blockers that impact sprint goals and delivery timelines.
 * Collaborate closely with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clarity of requirements and acceptance criteria.
 * Coach and mentor team members on Agile values, Scrum roles, and responsibilities to drive continuous improvement.
 * Track and report key Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, capacity, and throughput) to provide transparency on team performance.
 * Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning within and across teams.
 * Ensure alignment of sprint deliverables with overall project objectives and stakeholder expectations.
 * Support risk and issue management activities within the broader project
 * Partner with other Scrum Masters and Project Managers to share best practices and standardize Agile ways of working.
