## About the Role

* Proven experience as a React Native Engineer with 3+ years of mobile development experience in React Native, working on both iOS and Android apps.
 * Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and mobile development frameworks.
 * Solid understanding of mobile architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
 * Experience integrating mobile apps with RESTful APIs and collaborating with backend engineers.
 * Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.
 * Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps and writing clean, maintainable code.
 * Strong experience working in an agile environment (Scrum/Kanban).
 * Bonus points: experience with Redux, GraphQL, or other state management libraries.
 * Bonus points: background working with SaaS or FinTech applications.
 * Bonus points: familiarity with mobile testing frameworks like Jest or Detox.
 * Bonus points: experience with cloud services and mobile deployment pipelines.
 * Hybrid location: 2 days per week onsite in London.

## Description

* Design, develop, and implement new features in our React Native mobile application for iOS and Android.
 * Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into scalable and maintainable code.
 * Optimise the apps performance, reliability, and responsiveness across different devices and platforms.
 * Work closely with backend engineers to integrate RESTful APIs and ensure seamless data flow between the mobile app and backend services.
 * Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and code reviews to ensure the app is stable and performs well.
 * Implement pixel-perfect UI designs in collaboration with designers to ensure the best possible user experience.
 * Participate in agile development processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
